Zehnder ERV – What is the argument for the cost per CFM?

Hi, This is my first stop on a journey to discover what the justification is for a Zehnder ERV at up to $35 per CFM when compared to a RenewAire or Panasonic or Broan. 

I’ve attached the single page with the Zehnder performance chart. However, it does not state what the rated conditions are. If we assume HVI 920 conditions, the rated performance is tested at 95FDB/80WBT OST, 75/67 IDT, which does not help a HVAC designer looking a latent effectiveness in CZ 1 and 2. 

Has anyone completed a commissioning report in the Summer on an installed Zehnder? If yes, please share.
