Any recommendations on window companies that are reliable and have options?

I was considering inline fiberglass or one of the many brands that have uPVC from Europe. Is there a big difference between them as theyre priced the same for me.

This is for a NYC build so performance doesnt matter as much given the apts are so small and any minisplit unit will be more than enough for the 1 bedroom apts. 

I like aluminum but the cost seems to be significantly more and is hard to find some companies willing to do 8 feet tall tilt and turn windows without a transform.
