So far I've only specified Zehnder units. As far as I know they're the most efficient, they're quiet, and the distribution system is very easy to install - very "plug and play" with the connections. They are probably the most expensive out there though - $6-7k in the end - but you get what you pay for.
I don't have any experience with others, though I hear things from colleagues - but not the kinds of things that will get me to use something else, at least not yet.
