Assuming that you are really talking about a roll-up door (like the ones shown in the photo below) rather than an overhead door with hinged panels, the answer is simple: There is no way to insulate it.
You could build and install barn doors on the exterior side of the roll-up door if you wanted, but this would make using the door more awkward.
