Have a double wide sitting on gravel located in WI. The floor gets mighty cold in the winter and much worse when the wind is blowing. Underbelly insulation is decent. I will be installing 2in foam board around the perimeter of the skirting on the inside. I will notch a couple vents on each end of the house in the insulation. 
Do i need a vapor barrier on the gravel now?
