Vapor barrier tiny house on wheels

I have a tiny house on wheels I’ve started. I used a poly plastic as the vapor barrier on the subfloor. Now that the frame has been built, I’m worried about moisture, that I can see in one corner. It’s not much but I can imagine there’s more where I cant see. What should I do since I already have the frame? Is there a way to let it breathe? Or to protect against mold? Should I seal the edges with caulk?
Thank you so much for any help!
