Can anyone explain what this means?  Go to bottom of page, click About.  It shows Active Interest Media page.  Go to bottom of that and see:  Through United Healthcare, UMR creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of Active Interest Media.

    I believe it's a file that is published for transparency in healthcare pricing and coverage, so it would apply to AIM as an employer that provides employee coverage.
