Tilt and turn window with Suntuitive glass

Where can I purchase this type of window for my living room?  Most companies only sell the window. If I purchase the window I need to find an installer. Most window installers are not familiar with this type of window. I only need 1 window for my living room. I’m in Queens, NY.
