Summer external design temperature variables

Hi,

I’m confused. I am doing an assignment in Building Services and struggling to find the relevant data. I need to find the Winter/Summer out Standard Building Services Design Variables in Manchester. I believe the Winter out at 0.4% to be -4.5dc but I really can’t seem to get the Summer out. This is all new to me,  and is giving me a complete mental block!

I can’t seem to locate this info from CIBSE either. Maybe I’m just missing something???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
