Does anyone have a recommendation for a source of stock home plans that generally follow PGH principles?

    epato,

Before committing to any of them make sure they meet the requirements of your local jurisdiction without requiring too much modification. I've never seen stock plans that would be accepted by our building inspection department.

Our co-author Emily Mottram has a few predesigned plans; several built versions are featured in our book: https://www.mottramarch.com/plansets

"Friend of PGH" architect Robert Swinburne, whose design is featured on the cover and another one is featured inside, has a few predesigned plans that are similar to the one on the cover: https://www.vermontsimplehouse.com/

I'm working on getting a few ready for sale, hopefully by the spring, but no guarantees.

GO Logic, Croft, Bensonwood, Holland and Foley, and others all have PGH-appropriate designs for sale as well.
