Slab edge foam board gap

I placed 2″ foam board at the edge of my basement wall before they poured. Now that is has dried some, there is a bit of play between the slab and the foam board. Since this gap (1/16″ or so) could provide a path for termites (who might come through the foam anyway. We shall see.), should I caulk or spray foam this in a few weeks once the slab is nearly cured?
