Silex fiberglass windows?

I am in Canada (BC) and am fielding quotes for fiberglass windows. Silex warranty sounds good if not a little too good… basically “lifetime” The only information I have been able to find independent of their website is a BBB rating with no reviews (either positive or negative) and that they have been in business for 8 years. 

Anyone have experience working with them?
