Sealing around baseboard hot water pipe
Any recommendations for sealing around copper baseboard heating pipe where it enters and leaves the wallboard? I’ve done so much air sealing it seems silly to not seal this somehow.

Looks like a job for canned foam. Just check that your maximum system temperature doesn't exceed whatever temperature the foam is rated for.
What I would do here is to cut a piece of scrap plywood, something thin, to fit closely around the pipe bho ovett ap all the way around. Wrap the plywood with waxed paper, foam the hole, then hold the waxed paper wrapped plywood over the hold for an hour or so -- a brick would probably be useful here. When you remove the plywood, the foam will have cured mostly flush with the surface of the wall this way. The waxed paper should keep the foam from sticking to the plywood.
Using a simple form like this is probably easier than trimming the foam in a confined space like this, but if you want to trim the foam, a fine-tooth hacksaw blade held in your hand and used carefully works pretty well. You can also get handles that hold only one end of a hacksaw blade to make this more comfortable. I think my handle was made by DeWalt, you can find them at any of the box stores.
