My tiny-house construction in Zone 6A (Maine) from 2020 has the following, in about half the build:

interior wall paneling: pine boards
insulation: Roxul
outer wall sheathing: pine boards
porous moisture barrier and shingles

In other parts of the build, there is also foil-lined polyiso on the interior side of the Roxul.

Questions:
(1) How much off-gassing is happening from the Roxul? Are there any changes I can make to mitigate it?
(2) Are there any fireproofing issues with the plain wood paneling over the polyiso, or over the Roxul?
(3) Are there any moisture issues with this design?
