As I may be undergoing a re-roof of my existing home, I have taken the opportunity to at least consider putting rigid foam on the outside and sealing / conditioning the attic vs foam insulation in the rafters.  I have no idea the price difference, nor do I know any contractors who have experience doing this.  Finding one that WILL do it is hard enough, let alone some who seem to already be experts. Any advice?
