Rheem Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) EcoNet app Scheduling Issues

Model XE65T10H45U0, installed 20 months ago.

Is anybody having issues with their Rheem HPWH unit not following schedule set up in the EcoNet app?

For the past few weeks, even though I have scheduled my unit to be in high demand 3 hours every morning, it just keep on switching back to Energy Saver. That leaves us with no hot water after two showers which forces me to manually put the unit in High Demand mode.
