Any opinions on these 2? Just purchased 2 of these for an extension project I am using. They are each for 1 bedroom apts and will be put on the roof mechanical room. The units are all electric and will be in Brooklyn, NY climate if it makes any difference.

    Seems like this heater has several bell and whistles making it a more expensive product than most landlords would buy.

    Do you see the leak detection and auto shut off as a necessary and desirable feature or as a gismo that will create nuisance maintenance calls at 2AM?

    Do you think you or the tenants will install the app on their phones and use it?

    Can we assume the tenants will each have their own electric meter and utility bills?
