Hello – I found a very old thread about these shades on this site, (2009-2010) but could not locate any other information that was more recent. I own a home that has Window Showcase insulated shades, originally manufactured by the Appropriate Technology Corporation from Brattleboro, VT. I had emailed the company a few months ago, but never received a reply and now see that the location is permanently closed. I wanted to know if anyone knows of a source to get replacement parts for these shades. Some of them have broken roller parts and I can no longer raise or lower them.  They were here when I purchased the house, and I don’t have any other information about them. Attached is a picture of one of them as an example.
