I have a multi unit residential project that I am looking at, and each unit is supplied with BB electric heat as well as a PTAC unit, and an ERV. I am unfamiliar with this type of system and am just looking for general information and thoughts on PTAC units, and their ability to produce heat in cold temps. I am in CZ 7A.
