Pole Barn – Exterior Wall Insulation – Addition of EPS on Interior?

We have a barn in northern Vermont (Greensboro VT- climate zone #4a) and have a question on insulation.We have a Morton pole barn, built last year, with the R-19 fiberglass insulation package with poly vapor barrier.Would there be an issue (moisture/condensation) if we were to install 1”1/2 inch EPS foam on the interior horizontal 2X4 wall strapping (see photo) prior to finishing them?
