Every fall, PassivhausMAINE hosts a forum in Portland, Maine. This year’s event is packed with great speakers, including many known nationally for their groundbreaking work. A select group of vendors will also be there to explain their high performance products.

The main forum is on Friday, November 2. Workshops will be held on Thursday the 1st, and on the evening of the 1st a special event–the Green Architects’ Lounge duo, Chris Briley and Phil Kaplan (https://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/blog/green-architects-lounge) will do a live show.

Related to the forum, tomorrow, Friday Oct. 5, a blend of public art and science will be part of Portland’s First Friday Art Walk: a projection of a thermal camera image on the face of the historic building where the forum will be held. (http://mainetoday.com/maine_art/see-mechanics-hall-new-light/)
