I’ve heard mixed reviews about non toxic spray foams.  Some say the zero VOC spray foams like demelic or BASF wall tite are worth it while others say the amount of non toxic material in the overall total product is minimal and its more a marketing strategy.  Whats the latest concensus on non toxic spray foams and what is the best ” non toxic spray foam??
