James,
You have to be logged in to add comments to a thread.
James,
We like to keep all questions, comments, and responses on the same page (the same Q&A "thread").
At the bottom of every thread, you'll see the black letters "Answer" above a box. You type your answer in that blank box.
As Steve Knapp explained, you need to be logged in to see the "Answer" box. To be logged in, you have to register. Registering is free -- it's not the same thing as subscribing, which costs money.
Here’s how you register: on the home page, look for a gray box under the “Q&A” heading. It reads, “Please Sign in to ask a question.” If you have never signed in before, click the link below that reads, “Don’t have an account? Create one for free.”
I am logged in but no reply link. No way to reply. Whats up?
I am at this spot... see link below and no way to replay....

You cannot reply to a reply. You need to reply to your own question and then your reply shows below the reply above it. It is the only way
The only option I have is to delete my comment. No way to it. Original question was not mine.
Hi Ken,
Happy to help you troubleshoot but generally, you scroll to the bottom of a thread to find the "Leave a Reply" box. If you want to address someone in particular, you can tag their username. Let me know if this helps. You can also contact me directly at [email protected].
Only on the thread in question I do not get the option to reply via reply link. There is also no reply box at the bottom and I get content in the thread about starting a new trial and logging in. Strange part is that it is only on that thread. All other threads including this one work as expected.
