New build and ERV recommendations needed

We are building a new home and I am very sensitive to mold, smells and chemicals. So we are definitely putting in a ducted ERV. But which one?? Is Zehdner worth the enormous cost? Would a Broan or AprilAir do the same thing as Zehdner for a fraction of the cost? I just need a lot of clean air to live comfortable. Please help me make sense of this. Thanks.
