Modified Monopoly Framing – Mold During Construction?

I am going to be doing an un-vented, spray foamed attic that will be part of the conditioned space. I just started enclosing the eaves with zip and tape last weekend and I’m a little worried that I jumped the gun a bit because I will not be getting the attic spray foamed or HVAC installed for awhile (I am DIY building most everything). Do I need to be worried about mold growth on the trusses/roof decking with everything sealed up during construction? I was thinking I would put some box fans up in the highest points blowing down to at least keep air moving and out the windows? Or should I put some temp vent holes in my newly sealed up eaves (I hate doing that, but if I have to I have to).
I am located just outside of Atlanta and the roof is a 2:12 shed style roof.
Thanks!

So long as the roof is in place keeping the liquid water out, I don’t think mold will be a problem before heating season.
Should the project get delayed into heating season if you avoid fuel burning portable heaters you should be OK.
