Can you add a bit more of a description of what your existing roof/ceiling consists of? it will bring you better answers.
Exterior roof is standing seam, then a vapor barrier, plywood, 6 inches of insulation, the final item is a metal roof panels as the ceiling in a 3 season camp.
Is the building heated or cooled? Does the condensation happen when it is occupied or unoccupied?
