maximum fenestration area allowed by 2020 New York State Energy Conservation Code

Is it correct that the 2020 New York State Energy Conservation Code does not limit the area for vertical fenestration in residential buildings? I see this for commercial buildings (C402.4.1) but I don’t see it anywhere in the residential provisions.
