Can anyone recommend a company that can estimate materials for a new construction residence in CT?

You could try a lumberyard — a real one. They might not want to work with you if you don’t have an account with them though, since you’re asking for professional services presumably without buying from them.
Architects should be able to give you a rough idea of construction costs for a design too, and general contractors can also give estimates.

Can you narrow your question a bit? Are you looking for a complete material list for everything necessary to build the house? An estimate of the cost of materials, but no labour? Something else? Many of the costs associated with building a house are for things where the materials can't be separated out.
