Low/No VOC Waterproofing Product for shower & tile grout

Wanted to find out if you could recommend a low/no voc waterproofing product for inside steam shower and any low/no voc grout for tile? Our builder usually uses Superflex but hoping to find another product that is green and just as effective long term.

    Also Schluter Kerdi.

    "KERDI has been independently tested and found to emit zero VOCs per California Specification 01350". You can use your favorite search engine on the quoted passage for more info.
