Liquid flashing – Delta LFS, Huber, etc

I’m looking at using liquid flashing for my egress window flashing in a poured basement with treated buck. There are a number of liquid flashing types available, Huber liquid flash, Prosoco r guard, delta lfs, etc., and they all appear to have different chemical makeups. I see prosoco and Huber have good reviews but are costlier, any thoughts on delta lfs?
