Is it OK to have an unvented attic?

My attic was recently insulated with spray foam insulation, and it is now an unvented attic. Are there any concerns I should be aware of with this system? Do the benefits outweigh any potential risks? What are the pitfalls?

Adriana,
Unvented conditioned attics like yours are allowed by most building codes, and they work fine. For more information, see Creating a Conditioned Attic.
