Question for anyone with experience installing Intus Eforte windows: The brackets I received with my Intus windows seem too wide. There should be a pic attached showing a bracket sitting in front of the track it is supposed to twist into. Online images depict a different type of bracket. All mounting instructions depict brackets with teeth that are only slightly wider than the mounting track. Did I get a batch that belongs with a different window type or something?
Thanks for any help.

Jim,
You should contact the distributor of your Intus windows and ask them the same question.
Thanks for the reply. I had a call in to the supplier, but was hoping to get a day's work in on Sunday if someone here was able to tell me a work-around.
For what it's worth, the supplier - Performance Building Supply in Portland, ME - was very helpful as usual. The answer is basically they aren't the ideal brackets but can be made to work. Performance Building Supply is sending the better ones anyway - zero hassle.
Jim,
Performance Building Supply in Portland has a good reputation. I'm glad to hear that they're providing you with good service.
