I got my ACH results today; thank you to all on this forum!

I’ll make a long journey short…I was going for an ACH of 2-3 trying to build a better than average home for my family but with all the help, guidance and suggestions from the folks here, I managed to get ACH 1.3!
That score is with 2×6 framing, fiberglass cavity insulation and spray foam for the crawlspace CMU. I had several less than ideal areas to air seal such as an office with a cathedral ceiling and a large finished bonus room above the garage with knee walls and vaulted ceilings so I’m really happy with the result.

Wow great job man!
Although I moved into my home I am not 100% done so have not done the blower door. I was harder on myself a was hoping for a 1ach50. Although I self performed a lot of the work. I did miss a couple air barrier details (top plate to ceiling connection).
