The space is a tool room that is 4′ x 20′. Its insulated well. Is there a dehumidifier for such a small space? Any other options? Zone 2A.
Comments and opinions are appreciated.

Oversizing a dehumidifier is not an issue. They have a humidistat control and will shut off when not needed.
Just buy an Energy Star rated dehumidifier to limit your electricity costs.
Over-sizing will have some effect on efficiency. So I'd buy a smaller one if it has the same efficiency rating.
