Hole saw for Zehnder tubes

Can anyone recommend a good hole saw for installing Zehnder comfo tubes? One of their installation videos shows a nice (carbon?) hole saw, but I can’t find anything in the appropriate size. 
As for size, they recommend 3″ holes for their 3″ ducts, but their sales rep recommended a 3.25″ size to make pulling easier.
Any feedback from someone who has installed this system would be great.
