I believe the latest consensus is that two-axis tracking is not worth it; the amount of extra energy you get is surprisingly small, and the cost to implement is relatively high. In most cases you're better off just installing more panels. If space is limited, and you desperately need than last few % of extra insolation, the it's worth looking into.
I use SOLARSAN trackers. Somedays, it gives up to 100% more energy than without trackers. It is very important in what latitude you are located.
I'm with Trevor on this one. Trackers become common here with small solar feed in systems where you where limited to 10kW. With a tracker, you get more money for the same capacity, there was a reasonable return for it.
If you don't have this limit, it is very hard to make the case for it. Just add more panels, WAY cheaper.
Trackers will need maintenance down the road as well, I occasionally see one pointing in the wrong direction, something to keep in mind.
Don't do it. Just add more panels, as others have said.
Rather than a tracker, install them on a manual, tilting rack to adjust for sun angle throughout the year for more direct sun.
