Has anyone used CT’s new 100% up to $10k insulation rebate?

In June the energize CT energy efficiency program started offering a 100% up to $10k rebate on installed insulation. Has any CT resident taken advantage of it?

I think I also read they tripled the air source heat pump rebate from $500 to $1500 a ton up to $7500.
