Guardian Building Products apologizes to Allison Bailes

Martin Holladay | Posted in General Questions on

On November 8, 2011, Steven Ziessler, the president of Guardian Building Products, sent Allison Bailes a letter. In that letter, Ziessler told Bailes, “I apologize.”

More information on the Guardian apology can be found in several new paragraphs added to the end of the GBA news report on the Guardian-versus-Bailes affair: Guardian Fiberglass Threatens Blogger With Legal Action.

GBA applauds Guardian’s wise move. Congratulations, Allison.

So now that Allison removed the brand name from the picture, they don’t have the need to pursue their harassment? Really? Could it be for the fact that their brain-dead Attorney’s letter backfire? Could it be that maybe the response of the public didn’t have anything to do with their “apology”? Could it be that they got a can of whoop-a** handed out to them?
No wonder he got newly elected president of the company… I’ll make sure I don’t use their product in the future for sure.
