Fujitsu Slim Duct and External Condensate Pump Overflow Safety Switch
I have two Fujitsu Slim Ducts that gravity drain their condensate into an external condensate pump. My contractor set them up this way as one of the slim ducts is mounted vertically and it was easier for them to drop both into the same pump. This morning, I found water on the floor and the GFCI tripped that the external pump is plugged into. I would like to prevent this from happening in the future. Is there a way to wire both of the slim ducts into the overflow safety switch so they are shut off in the case of pump failure? If I can’t wire both, how can I wire the vertical slim duct to the overflow safety switch? I checked the installation manual and it doesn’t specify.

I would give Fujitsu a call, I believe you can wire it to CN114:

I would use a separate overflow switch for each unit.
Did you ask the installing contractor?
Yes it can be done but I think this is something well behind most home owners skill set.

I would contact them but by the end of the project last year, we were both ready to part ways. I ended up having to finish the job and found 3 out of 4 HP's had issues with the condensate setup. Traps in the tubing to jumpers configured wrong. HP's were installed in the late fall and they never tested the A/C for any length of time.
Email sent to Fujitsu. I'll report back with what they say.
Fujitsu never returned my email or my call.
I ended up wiring the vertical slim duct communication wire through the safety switch in the external condensate pump using these directions. https://pdf4pro.com/amp/view/wiring-diagram-for-fujitsu-ductless-minisplit-62521.html
The second slim duct is mounted horizontal so I rerouted it's condensate drain over to the floor drain using the internal condensate pump.
Finally, I replaced the gfci receptacle with one that has an audible alarm if it trips.
