Foil backed OSB in vented roof?

I didn’t realize that the building supply company / builder had gone with LP Techshield for my roof sheathing and I am concerned that it could cause moisture issues, I can’t find a moisture transfer spec on the material…only that LP promotes the holes that makes in the foil layer to help with drying.
I am in zone 4a and have vented attics via ridge and soffit venting. Should I be worried about having this material on my house?
Thx!

Bruno, with vented soffits and ridge, having foil on the interior of the roof sheathing is not a problem, and offers the slight benefit of reflecting radiant heat, so your attic won't be quite as hot in summer as it would otherwise be.
Thx!
