Foamboard on the inside — need diagram

Thinking about doing polyiso foamboard on the inside. I can’t find any diagrams that I can hand to my builder, like the ones you find on building science.com… any links for me?

You can't simply take generic diagrams and "hand them to your builder". You need someone to design plans, elevations, cross-sections, construction details and specifications for your house on your site, and then give that complete and integrated set to your builder.
