Foam Sample Report

Just received the report from the physical sample sent to the lab.  Anyone know how to read this?  Would this indicate continued off gassing? 
My VOC air sample report was 930.  
A lot of similar substances found. 
Thoughts?  I’ve had a lot of health issues since install in March. 8 full months.
