Financing a “Green” house

Does anyone have any experience with financing a “green” house? I understand “green” is a vague and possibly not helpful term, but I am working on a new house that is shooting for Energy Star Tier 3 certification. I suspect it would meet LEED-H gold certification as well based on previous experience.
I am trying to explore options for an Energy Efficient Mortgage or other financing options that might appreciate the goals of creating an energy efficient house. The bank that I have been dealing with does not offer such a product and I haven’t heard of any local appraisers valuing energy efficient construction in any particular way. There was one helpful article here on GBA, but I haven’t found many specifics.
Has anyone worked with myenergyloan.com?
Thanks
