Exterior wall moisture and air barrier systems in zone 4

Wayne_Waynesboro | Posted in Energy Efficiency and Durability on

Will a 2×6 wood wall system consisting of latex paint, 1/2 inch drywall, 5 1/2 ” open cell sprayed foam, 7/16″ OSB with applied ZIP system membrane, covered with insulated vinyl siding meet 2021 IRC code requirements for a new home in Zone 4? Will this combination of materials provide sufficient air barrier to achieve < 3 air changes per hour if windows are properly sealed etc. without creating condensation issues within the walls?
