I am now in the finishing stages of having my new house plans engineered and am working through some of the material details.  It has been 12-years since I have had to do any major repairs to the house I am in and back then I used OSI Quad caulk after replacing the siding and windows on several walls of my house.  12-years later, it is still in perfect condition but I recall it being a huge pain to tool and probably not super safe from a skin contact and inhalation standpoint.

Are there any other high performance exterior caulks that I should consider that are more user friendly and safer to work with?
