I’m am building a 2420 sq. Ft. House in zone 5. 9’ ceilings with full basement that also have 9’ ceilings.  I’m planning on using and ERV with a recirculating defrost mode, it will have dedicated ductwork, no separate bath fans. I am currently looking at a 170 CFM model.

1.Is this big enough?

2.What size should I use?
3. Should I consider adding a dehumidifier?
