Energy Monitors

I’m looking for a low cost and possibly portable device that can be used to analyse post-construction energy usage in several homes we have built to look for energy leakage and opportunities for improvement. Any recommendations? I’m thinking of something like the Truveon home monitoring system or one of those wireless energy dashboard type devices. Probably something a little more versatile than the plug-in wattbot.

    Sounds like you want something to measure all energy usage? Probably not exactly what you are looking for - we install a TED Energy detective on all our projects, which is a great tool for the occupants to monitor the electrical load and trace phantom loads. They really work well to trace down and reduce electrical usage...TC
