Edwards valance?

I’ve recently become aware of an HVAC alternative that distributes heating and cooling without any fans, all hydronic, called the Edwards valance. It sort of resembles hydronic baseboard heat but relocates the “radiators” to the top of the walls and adds a provision to collect condensed moisture when cooling. Has anyone any experience with this system?

This valance is designed for hydronic cooling. When used for heating, it has no advantage over baseboard units, and at least one disadvantage. (It is located near the ceiling rather than the floor.)
It appears to be a solution that is more appropriate for a commercial building than a residential building, since large commercial buildings often have chillers that produce chilled water.
For residential cooling, it's hard to beat the usual options: a central split system, a ductless minisplit, or a window-mounted air conditioner.
