Doing the best job I can with a vented crawlspace

Yes, I have a vented crawl. But I live in a place where they perform OK and I have had some water management issues during construction so at the moment I am actually OK with it.
Moving forward I am going detail it with a retrofit in mind. This would be down the road a bit.
So I am wondering if in the meantime, while I have access to the subfloor, should I tape all the seams just like I did with the sheathing? I would also caulk around all the plates to try to get at least an OK air seal between me and the crawlspace.
Thanks
