Does anyone know of a how-to video (or failing that, a book) on installing Polyiso as exterior roof insulation??

The Polyiso would be installed on top of a new plywood roof deck. We’ll need 4 layers of Polyiso to build up enough R-value for our zone, and a membrane roof will be installed over it. Many thx in advance, Rod

How about a magazine article? Here's a good one from the Journal of Light Construction: Retrofitting an Insulated Cold Roof.
Although the article shows how to install XPS foam, and you are considering the use of polyiso foam, the required installation techniques are similar.
The current issue of JLC (July 2011) also shows a retrofit application with one layer of polyiso on the deck. JLConline.com is worth the registration fee, but sometimes their articles do leak out onto the net.
